Wine Tasting at Demetria
Daily Tastings
We are pleased to welcome guests to our Estate for tastings by reservation. As appointments are limited, priority will be given to Wine Society and Mailing List members.
While reservations are encouraged, walk-ins are welcome if space permits. Our gate signage will indicate if we are fully booked.

Winemaker Tastings
Join us for an intimate tasting experience with our winemaker, exploring the ins and outs of our winemaking process. From harvest to fermentation techniques, from oak barrel aging to the delicate process of blending, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the winemaking process from wine to glass. This experience takes place within our cellar, tucked in among the barrels. You will taste through barrel samples as we discuss our vineyard, cellar, and everything in between.

Winemaking

No, our fermentations are done using ambient yeast that is present in our cellar. This can be stressful, as you’re maintaining the unpredictable variable of nature in the fermentations, but there is more of a liveliness and sense of terroir present in the wine with ambient yeast.
